Documentary Style Wedding Package

We offer a unique, documentary-style wedding service that captures your love story with cinematic depth and emotional authenticity. Our process begins with a 15-minute, professionally filmed interview with both the bride and groom, conducted separately about two weeks before the big day. This allows us to capture each person’s perspective, emotions, and journey leading up to the wedding. One week prior, our film crew follows the couple for two days in a reality show-style format, documenting the final, behind-the-scenes moments—whether it's dress or tuxedo fittings, the bachelor or bachelorette party, or other meaningful preparations. On the wedding day, we continue coverage with full filming of the pre-wedding moments, the ceremony, and the reception. The result is a cinematic, emotionally resonant documentary that allows couples to relive the full story of their wedding experience for years to come.

Pricing: $20,000 

Deliverables:

• Videos: 1 documentary-style video, 1hour long, cinematic docu-movie wedding video.
• Research and Development: Initial consultation to define the documentary subject, scope, and objectives. Extensive research phase, including sourcing archival material, identifying interview subjects, and developing the narrative structure.
• Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Crafting a compelling narrative and visual storyboard that guides the documentary's flow and ensures the story is engaging and informative.
• Production: Multi-day on-location shooting, including interviews with key subjects, b-roll of relevant locations or activities, and capturing any necessary contextual footage. Utilizes professional-grade audio and lighting equipment to ensure high production value.
• Post-Production: Editing to weave together interviews, footage, and b-roll into a cohesive and compelling narrative. Includes color grading, audio mixing, addition of licensed or original music, motion graphics for text overlays or data visualization, and two rounds of revisions.
• Voiceover Narration: Professional voiceover recording to enhance the narrative, provide context, and guide the viewer through the documentary, if required by the project.

• Additional Documentaries: For clients requiring for project extending beyond the typical 45-minute length, priced according to the scope and complexity of the additional work.
• High-End Post-Production Techniques: Advanced color grading, sound design, and animation work to bring complex concepts to life, starting at $2,000 per project, depending on requirements.
